Karina Café is offering a warm welcome to all and a great place to meet and make friends, connect with others, and relax while empowering Baltimore City and County to nurture its community through our Expressive Arts Therapy Program. K.A.R.I.N.A. enables and supports parents with special needs children, youth, and young adults to live full and productive lives through their children’s active inclusion, participation and contribution within the community and farther afield.
