Light Rail And Car Collide In Hunt Valley: Report
BREAKING: A crash between a car and light rail train has been reported by WJZ.
HUNT VALLEY, MD — A vehicle and light rail reportedly collided near Hunt Valley Friday afternoon. The crash occurred near a business park in the area of Gilroy Road before 5 p.m., according to WJZ.
The light rail was experiencing delays, transportation officials advised.
"Light RailLink service is currently experiencing delays in north and southbound service," the Maryland Transit Administration said in a statement at 4:45 p.m. "We are working diligently to restore normal service in both directions and appreciate your patience as we work to do so."
