Man Shot at Oregon Ridge Monday Night: Police

A man was shot Monday night when he went to Oregon Ridge to “hang out” with three other men in the closed-off swimming area, according to a report from the Baltimore County Police Department.

At the meeting spot, one of the men shot the victim, who ran through the woods to the nature center, where police were called at approximately 8:45 p.m., police reported.

The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment, and authorities are investigating the incident.
