New Business: Supernova Dance Company will be opening its doors this September

Located just off the Warren Rd. exit at 10807 Williamson Lane, Supernova Dance Company is a 5,400 sq. ft. facility that offers recreational and pre-professional dance training to students ages three to adult. Classes are scheduled Monday through Friday and range from ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, acro, modern, and contemporary with the ability to expand with cliental demand. With a spacious lobby, free wi-fi, and certified teachers we want our customers at Supernova Dance Company to feel at home.

If you are a dancer that is interested in pre-professional training, we offer a competition company that stresses the importance of mastering the basics and building up from there. Contrary to what is seen on TV, SDC hand picks competitions that will broaden our students’ dance education and deliver experiences that they cannot find elsewhere. We look for competitions and conventions that include free master classes with professionals in the business, opportunities for scholarships to colleges and intensives to be awarded, and a friendly environment to network and interact with other talented young dancers that will one day be their colleagues. Being a part of a dance company can be a positive, rewarding experience and we strive to make that a reality.

At Supernova Dance Company, it is our goal to not only create beautiful dancers, but to also enrich and guide our students into becoming beautiful people with a deep appreciation for the art of dance. Arts education empowers and creates a healthy outlet for self expression, especially in adolescents.
