PHOTO: Save-A-Heart Foundation Donates $10,000 to Cockeysville Fire Company
The money will go towards the purchase of a new medic unit.

At a Monday evening ceremony, the Save-A-Heart Foundation presented a $10,000 check to the Cockeysville Volunteer Fire Company.
The money will be used to offset the cost of a new medic unit, said Chris Minick, the public relations chairman for the . The current unit is reaching the end of its service life.
A new medic unit is estimated to cost about $220,000. To contribute, residents can make a donation to the Cockeysville Volunteer Fire Company at P.O. Box 344, Cockeysville, MD.
