Paper Mill Road Reopens Following Two-Truck Crash
A tree-trimming truck and pickup carrying chickens and turkeys collided Monday morning, Baltimore County police say.

Police said a road in the Phoenix area was closed for more than five hours due to a crash between two trucks, one of them carrying poultry.
Paper Mill Road was closed between Cooper Road and Green Branch Drive until 2 p.m. Monday, the Baltimore County Police Department said after 9 a.m. Monday.
According to police, there was a crash at that location at 8:26 a.m.

A pickup truck headed west on Paper Mill Road crossed the center line and hit a tree trimming truck that was traveling east on Paper Mill Road, police reported.
The tree trimming truck turned on its side after the crash, according to the report.

Two men inside the tree trimming truck were taken to Sinai Hospital’s Trauma Center, where police said they were expected to survive.
The pickup truck was carrying turkeys and chickens, according to police. The man driving was the only person inside the truck, and he was uninjured, police reported.
