"I had the pleasure of working with this amazing gentleman as the Director of the Cockeysville []. He was well respected by everyone that met him and by the officers of Precinct 7. Debbie: "I always felt safe and secure knowing you were at the helm of the precinct!! You always gave 110% of yourself and never asked for anything in return. Whenever your name was/is mentioned, folks smile from ear to ear and NEVER an unkind word is spoken regarding you. You leave behind some huge shoes to fill and you will be greatly missed. Best of everything to a man so deserving!! Mazel Tov!"
