Theย Maryland Home & Garden Show is blooming with vibrant colorโ€”bold andย beautiful flower, tree, and shrub arrangements will illuminate the Timoniumย Fairgrounds as inspiration for indoor and outdoor lawn and landscapeย masterpieces. Getting homeowners ready for spring, hundreds of landscape andย home experts will display their latest designs and products just in time forย the beginning of spring projects that were put off all winter. Over twoย weekends, the Maryland Home & Garden Show, now in its 33rd year,ย will feature: ย  ย  ย  ย ย 

Landscaped Gardens:ย Homeย lawn enthusiasts wonโ€™t want to miss the brilliantly landscaped spring gardens.ย Local landscape professionals willย showcase unique solutions for outdoor living in beautifully designed displays includingย blossoming flowers, water features, stone features andย fire pits. ย  ย  ย  ย ย

More than 300 homeย improvement exhibitors:ย Nationally-recognized home experts will offer theย latest and greatest indoor and outdoor home products and services โ€“ from decks,ย patios, kitchens and baths to cabinets, countertops, hot tubs and waterย proofing. Many will be offering show exclusive specials. ย  ย  ย  ย ย 

Orioles Headย Groundskeeper:ย One of only two female head groundskeepers in MLB, Nicole McFadyen will offer tips,ย tricks and techniques on growing beautiful and functional grass. Nicole willย also speak on her rise to head groundskeeper for the Baltimore Orioles and willย field Q&Aโ€™s with visitors. Orioles fans wonโ€™t want to miss meeting the leadingย lady in charge of home field advantage.


Horticulture Hallย (2nd weekend):ย The Maryland Orchid Society Show & Sale, aย deeply-rooted spring show favorite, will feature thousands of vivid and rareย flowers. For those interested in the art of bonsai, the Baltimore Bonsai Clubโ€™sย will provide educational exhibits on how to design and maintain your ownย bonsai. ย  ย  ย  ย ย 

Petting Zooย (2nd weekend):ย Also locatedย in Horticulture Hallโ€”Green Meadows Farms will provide families interested in aย hands-on animal encounter with the chance to pet goats, sheep, alpacas, llama, donkeys, bunnies, guinea pigs, a pot belly pig, calves and a tortoise! ย  ย  ย  ย ย

Craft Show:ย 
Moreย than 125 juried craftspeople will display and sell one-of-a-kind, handmadeย creations, including fine art, jewelry, pottery, fashion and home accessories. ย ย 

Free Seminars,ย Consultations:ย Enjoy savvy, one-on-one interior design consultations from members of theย American Society of Interior Designers. Come prepared with your photos, floorย plans and design questions to receive complimentary expert advice. Freeย seminars include topics ranging from flower arranging to kitchen remodeling andย rain water harvesting.

Ticketsย to the Maryland Home & Garden Show at the Maryland State Fairgrounds areย $12 for adults, $10 for seniors, $3 for kids ages 6-12, and free for childrenย under 6 years old.
