Yes as I heard it so eloquently said," It's and assault on the mathematically challenged".



Or, our dreams outweigh our mathematical abilities.



They make money when you buy the ticket and they profit when you cash in, and worse yet they cash in when a winning ticket is not cashed.

Well, let's examine human nature for a moment.

I can understand where that may head to problems.
