UPDATE: Arrests Made in December Robbery of Tenants Paying Rent
Nine residents of a Cockeysville apartment complex were robbed at gunpoint while waiting to pay rent.
UPDATE (5:13 P.M.)– Two men have been arrested and charged with robbery in connection with a at a Hendersen-Webb rental office in the first unit block of Hogarth Circle in Cockeysville, Baltimore County police spokesman Lt. Robert McCullough said.
After receiving a tip from the Metro Crime Stoppers hotline, county police arrested Dacron Donte Hobbs, 34, and Dwaun Thomas, 31, both of Baltimore City, and charged them with participating in the robbery, McCullough said.
According to a press release, a third suspect was identified. He died before he could be arrested.

On Dec. 27, four men approached nine tenants waiting in line to pay rent outside the rental office. One robber pulled a gun and demanded money. After collecting an undisclosed amount of cash, the four fled in a mid-size SUV, police said.
One suspected robber remain at-large.

Hobbs was arrested on April 19 and Thomas was taken into custody on April 14.
Hendersen-Webb declined to comment.
