States will now be incentivized by federal grants, as part of Obamacare, to pay for ‘home inspection programs’ that are “deemed appropriate pursuant to HHS guidelines ostensibly meant to “create social and physical environments that promote good health for all.”
I wonder, if this means that these inspectors won’t need a warrant to invade your premises and your privacy?
