'WJZ-TV': Padonia Park Club Owner Arrested for Child Porn Charges

The owner of Padonia Park Club, a child care and swim center in Cockeysville, was arrested on charges of possession and distribution of child pornography, WJZ reports. 

Charging documents revealed that county police and FBI officials began investigating Fred Rigger, also the club's president and CEO, since January. They were able to obtain images of young girls from computers at his home and at , according to WJZ.

Rigger admitted he had been viewing and downloading child pornography over five years, according to the WJZ report. He allegedly viewed images of girls ranging in age from infants to teenagers.

Rigger, 52, of the first block of Thurkill Court in Cockeysville, was released on bail Thursday.
