(Update) 78-Year-Old Man Missing From Laurel Found Safe: Police

Police are searching for Philip Lamar Grier, who was last seen in Laurel on March 6.

(Updated at 11 p.m. Wednesday) LAUREL, MD — The Anne Arundel County Police Department says a missing 78-year-old Laurel man has been found safe at a local nursing home.

Police are looking for Philip Lamar Grier, 78, who was last seen at his residence on Sudlersville Road South in Lauren March 6.

Grier might be driving a white Hyundai 4-door with the Maryland registration plate 4CH2324, police said.

Grier stands at 6-foot-1 and weighs about 190 pounds. He has grey hair and wears glasses, though it is unknown what clothing he was wearing the last time he was seen, police said.

Police said Grier has no known medical or mental issues, and there are no suspicious factors in this incident.
