Armed Suspect Holds Up Jessup Shell Station
Anne Arundel County Police are searching for the man, who fled on foot early Thursday morning.

A man armed with a handgun robbed the Jessup Shell and Food Mart, 2753 Annapolis Road Jessup, about 4:30 a.m. Thursday, say police.
Anne Arundel County Police say the man entered the convenience store pointing a handgun at the store clerk and demanded money from the register. The suspect then fled on foot east on Annapolis Road. Numerous officers, including K-9 responded to the area, but they were unable to find the suspect.
The suspect is described as a black man with a thin build, about 5’07” tall. He was wearing a black mask, white hooded sweatshirt, black pants and white shoes.
