Greenberg announced the mall was pursuing retailers Harris Teeter, Regal Cinemas, and Burlington Coat Factory to anchor what would be called the Town Centre at Laurel.
Before the project could move forward, a deal had to be reached with Burlington, which currently has a store open at the site that would allow for the redevelopment, according to the Laurel Leader.
