Is Pepco the nation's most-hated company?

According to a customer survey published in the Business Insider, the Washington area power company ranks as the most-hated company in the nation.

The Insider cites the average Pepco customer experienced 70 percent more outages than customers of other big city utilities who took part in one 2009 survey, and the lights stayed out more than twice as long.
