The opening of the Laurel Branch Library temporary facility has been delayed due to unforeseen construction issues. Therefore, the Laurel Branch will now close effective March 10, 2014, instead of February 18. The temporary library facility, behind the Laurel Municipal Center, will open on March 31. The address is 8101 Sandy Spring Road, Laurel, MD. Parents and guardians of children that regularly visit the Laurel Branch after school will need to make other arrangements after March 7.
