Attend In-Person Memorial Day Ceremony Sunday At Ivy Hill Cemetery In Prince George's
The 2022 Memorial Day ceremony in Laurel will be held Sunday in-person and broadcast live and rebroadcast Monday.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — All branches of Laurel's first responders and the American Legion will come together for a joint Memorial Day Ceremony Sunday at Ivy Hill Cemetery.
The event begins at 11 a.m. and will be broadcast LIVE on Laurel TV on Comcast 996 and 71 and Verizon channel 12.
It will also be broadcast live on the City of Laurel-Government Facebook Page and livestreamed on LaurelTV.org and Laurel TV Official YouTube channel.

"We are providing as many avenues as we can so you can view the program from just about anywhere with an internet connection. The public is also invited to attend the ceremony in person as we pay tribute to the fallen. Wreaths will be placed at each of the First Responder Memorials in the cemetery prior to the ceremony," announced Laurel Mayor Craig A. Moe.
In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved inside city council chambers at the Laurel Municipal Center, 8103 Sandy Spring Road, Laurel.

Watch a rebroadcast of the ceremony on Memorial Day at noon and 6 p.m. on Laurel TV and a livestream will be up on laureltv.org.
