Say NO to RPM Repairs!

I am sure this is happening all over the country, and it is time to put an end to draining consumers finances. I need your help to spread the word about service centers, in this case RPM Collision and Service Center (Laurel, MD), that take advantage of consumers and cause unwanted costly vehicle damage. I feel swindled and taken advantage! I took my SUV in for routine service maintenance and minor autobody work on 6/10. I picked up my truck after a extremely lengthy wait on 6/25. Now the truck makes a HORRIBLE sound that the service center claims is wear and tear. It did not make this noise before I dropped it off, coincidence NOT. Needless to say if the automobile was operating at peak performance before the service center touched it, why would it all of a sudden "fall apart" after being serviced by RPM. I was told I could get an estimate to repair the truck by service manager Fernando Pavarin. I don't need an estimate for something that was not broken prior to being in the possession of the business. The business website claims to have an A+ Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating. Per review, the company is NOT BBB accredited. Furthermore, there is no rating provided on the BBB business review, definitely not A+ as claimed. Check the facts! Not good for business at all, and my truck has a new costly problem that I did not cause!!! I am a fed up consumer, that does not want this cycle of malpractice to continue!
