Teen Dies After Being Found Shot In Car In Laurel: Police
A 17-year-old male died at the hospital after he was found suffering from gunshot wounds in a car in Laurel, police said.
(Updated 2:30 p.m. Wednesday) LAUREL, MD — A 17-year-old boy was fatally shot and found in a car in Laurel Tuesday night, police said. (Subscribe to Laurel Patch to stay up to date on all local news.)
Officers were called to the 1300 block of Larchdale Rd. for the report of a shooting around 8:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officers located the boy — identified as Dustin Khoury of Thomas Lane in Sparrows Point, MD — inside the car in critical condition from gunshot wounds.
Khoury was taken to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries, police said. At this time, police do not believe this was a random shooting.
