Comcast brings yoga, workouts to your living room or smartphone
Winter weather and busy schedules may make it challenging to keep fitness goals made just a few weeks ago. Comcast’s new partnership with Gaiam TV brings yoga and training to customers’ TVs and smart devices, providing convenience and flexibility to supplement New Year’s fitness plans that may seem impossible to keep up with now.
Gaiam TV Fit & Yoga, a subscription-based Video On Demand service launched recently by Comcast, gives Xfinity TV customers access to specialized workouts whenever they want, wherever they are. The collection of content from some of the world’s best yoga instructors and fitness trainers, including Jillian Michaels, Rodney Yee, Leslie Sansone and Shiva Rea, is available directly on their TV with Xfinity On Demand or on their mobile device with the Xfinity TV Go app.
