BUTLER SCHOOL OPEN HOUSE

Join us and explore a Montessori education for your child (3 years - 8th grade). Founded in 1972, Butler School is one of a small number of Maryland schools both certified by Association Montessori International/USA (AMI/USA) and accredited by the Maryland State Board of Education.

Our lush country campus is located on 22-acres adjacent to Great Seneca State Park. Students connect to nature exploring wildlife and ponds, creeks and wooded trails. Our campus also offers a one-of-a-kind confidence building climbing wall and ropes course, acres of room to run, a swimming pool, soccer field, Equestrian program, indoor and outdoor riding arenas, egg-laying chickens, and organic herb, fruit and vegetable gardens harvested by our students
