East Village Homes Corporation (EVHC) is a community association located in the planned community of Montgomery Village. The community consists of 1,389 townhouses and single-family homes in the following neighborhoods: 

• Ashford


• Candle Ridge


• The Downs


• Essex Place II


• The Estates


• Gablefield


• Glenbrooke


• Holly Pointe


• Meadowgate


• The Reach


• Wethersfield

As an owner of a home in East Village, you are a member of both the EVHC and the Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF).

EVHC is responsible for the maintenance, repair, snow removal and grass cutting of all community-owned property within East Village. These responsibilities include the streets, storm drains, postlamps, paths and common green space. EVHC also provides trash removal for all homes within East Village.

Through their membership in the MVF, East Village homeowners are entitled to all the benefits of Montgomery Village, including access to community centers, pools and tennis courts.
