Don't fret about joining MVF Recreation, Parks and Culture for this hauntingly-fresh affair. The Halloween-themed action doesn't stop once you dare to enter our haunted lair, also known as Lake Marion Community Center, 8821 East Village Ave.
The lineup includes our new zombie game! Guided by staff, children dash through a spooky course around the community center (weather permitting), while avoiding zombies and ghouls on the loose! Each runner will start with two flags. If the zombies get your flags you become a zombie! Now your mission changes from finishing the race to turning other runners into zombies. Younger participants will play this game in the gym.
Back from last year is MVF's interactive costume parade and contest where children can get up on stage and strut their stuff for the fiendish judges. This year's categories are scariest, funniest, prettiest and most creative.
