Who did Joshua Starr tag after completing the ice bucket challenge?

On Tuesday, Montgomery County Schools Superintendent Joshua Starr got a challenge and stepped up to the plate….err, the ice bucket that is.
Lance Dempsey, principal of the Northwest Jaguars in Germantown, challenged Starr to complete the ALS ice bucket challenge, a viral fundraising effort by the nonprofit to raise awareness for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), often referred to as “Lou Gehrig’s Disease.”

Starr completed the challenge and tagged Maryland Congressman Chris Van Hollen, Secretary of Labor Tom Perez and County Executive Ike Leggett to dump a bucket of ice water over their heads next.
