Want to Participate in a Writing and Dancing Workshop?

If you enjoy expressing yourself through writing, dancing or both, mark your calendars now.

5Rhythms teacher Margaret H. Wagner, an accredited 5RTA teacher since 2005, will give a “Write in the Beat” workshop in Bethesda on Saturday, Sept. 20.

The focus of the workshop is to use writing and dancing to express yourself. The workshop is open to everyone, regardless of age, size or physical and writing ability.

Participants are asked to bring a pen and journal (optional) and a dish for a lunch potluck.

The workshop will be held at the Carderock Springs Swim & Tennis Club, 8200 Hamilton Spring Court, Bethesda, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Registration is now open online . The early bird special through Sept. 6 is $90, and full price after Sept. 6 is $115.
