The inclement weather across the region has forced the postponement of tonight’s varsity football game between Watkins Mill and Damascus.
The teams were scheduled to meet at 6:30 pm in Damascus but the game has been tentatively rescheduled for Saturday at 6:30 pm. However, that could change depending on the weather.
“We’re still finalizing that as of today,” Damascus Athletic Director Joe Doody said this morning.
Watkins Mill coed varsity cheerleading has also been rescheduled for Saturday. The inclement weather has forced postponements to various
activities involving the Watkins Mill athletic teams.
The Wolverines boys’ varsity and junior varsity soccer games at
Clarksburg scheduled for yesterday were postponed. The games have
been rescheduled for Saturday, Sept. 17 and the girls tennis match
scheduled for yesterday was moved to Friday, Sept. 16.
