Keswick, a premier health care organization with corporate offices housed at Keswick Multi-Care in North Baltimore, announced that Lynn Gordon has joined the organization as Business Development Executive. In this newly created position, Gordon will directly support the CEO’s focus on expanding Keswick’s mission impact by identifying, analyzing and managing new opportunities to grow. Gordon brings more than 20 years of experience in the senor living market to her new role at Keswick. Most recently, Gordon was a consulting manager, responsible for financial planning and analysis for senior living providers in southern Pennsylvania. Prior to that, she was the Vice President for financial planning and forecasting with Coventry Resources, a continued care retirement community developer in Linthicum, Maryland.
“Lynn brings tremendous experience to her new role having provided expert financial planning and analysis for many different post-acute care providers, , throughout the region. We think having someone with Lynn’s background and expertise in financial and market analysis on board will strengthen Keswick’s capacity to remain a leader in today’s highly dynamic health care and senior living environment” said Carmel Roques, CEO of Keswick Multi-Care Center.
Gordon resides in the Mt. Washington neighborhood of Baltimore.
