Applications open for Shot@Life Champion Summit 2016
Shot@Life will be hosting the fifth annual Champion Summit from Feb. 29 to March 2.

Shot@Life is a campaign within the UN Foundation that educates, connects, and empowers individuals to champion global vaccines as one of the most effective ways to save the lives of children in developing countries. From February 29 to March 2, Shot@Life will be hosting the fifth annual Champion Summit at the Renaissance Dupont Hotel in Washington, D.C.
With nearly 800 trained volunteers, known as Champions, in all 50 states, Shot@Life’s Champion program is the backbone of the campaign and the Champion Summit is Shot@Life’s marquee event. Through the Champion program, individuals utilize their passion for global health and children around the world to advocate to their policymakers and within their communities, helping to reduce child mortality by expanding access to global childhood immunization programs.

In order to be an effective Shot@Life Champion, attending all three days of the Summit is ideal. There is a $99 registration fee and Shot@Life covers shared hotel rooms and most meals during the Summit. Travel scholarships are available on a case by case basis.
