Hopkins is the second university in as many days where Sanders will be speaking.
The Vermont Senator is delivering remarks Wednesday evening at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., which he said in email to his supporters would be a "major speech...about the future of our country under the presidency of Donald Trump," The Hill reported. He was reportedly selected to be the outreach chair for the Senate Democrats earlier in the day on Wednesday as well.

The engagements coincide with the release of Sanders' book — Our Revolution: A Future to Believe In — about his run for the Democratic presidential nomination, which fell to Hillary Clinton. The book was released on Tuesday.
The last major visits Sanders made to Baltimore were for a rally before the April primary and a walking tour of West Baltimore in December.
For the MSE Symposium, Sanders will speak at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17, at Shriver Hall on the Johns Hopkins University campus in Baltimore. Ticket holders are advised to arrive at 5 p.m. due to the level of interest. While tickets were free, they are all accounted for, according to the university.
