James was taken into custody late night Dec. 1 following a five-hour standoff with Baltimore City Police which featured nearly 100 heavily armed SWAT and tactical team officers surrounding his house to serve a warrant based on allegedly threatening Facebook postings and tweets on Twitter, plus an hours-long "debate" with a police negotiator broadcast live on James's website, BaltimoreSpectator.com.
