Have You Seen the Mums?

Seeing the mums at the conservatory

Visiting the Howard Peters Rawlings Conservatory & Botanic Gardens in Druid Hill Park is a great way to spend a few hours seeing things of beauty in a lovely setting.

I try to get to the seasonal shows open to the public for a small voluntary donation.

Currently up and running through November 20th is the 2011 Chrysanthemum Display. The Conservatory is a wonderful glass building featured recently in a coffee table book entitled Glass House of Dreams.
