- No vehicles can be parked south of Fleet Street, east of President Street, and West of Chester Street after 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 27
- All vehicles will be towed to Edison Lot (Fallsway & High Street)
- This lot is open to free drive-ins as well after 7:00 AM on Saturday, August 27. Parking is FREE.

- All sites will open at 12:00 PM on Friday, August 26
- The four sites are: Cherry Hill Elementary (801 Bridgeview Road), Fells Point (S. Broadway & Thames Street), Former ESPN Zone (Inner Harbor), and Rash Field (201 Key Highway)
- Each vehicle is limited to 20 bags, and each bag weighs approximately 60 lbs. Citizens must bring proof of city residency and must follow parking and traffic directions.
All Residents Should Take the Following Steps to Prepare for Severe Weather:
- Have an emergency kit, including a three-day supply of water, battery operated AM/FM radio, and a flashlight.
- Stay tuned to local TV and radio stations, and listen for instructions from City officials.
- Have a personal or family plan to shelter-in-place or evacuate if told to do so.
- Batten down any loose items, and secure property as best as possible.
- Clear outdoor storm drains near property to prevent flooding during heavy rains.
- Report blocked storm drains and downed trees to 311.
- Call 877-778-2222 to report power outages.
- Do not DRIVE on flooded roads or PARK in flood-prone areas.
- Stay informed. Monitor the storm on local TV and radio stations, and listen for updates from City officials.
- Citizens who live along streams or in places that are subject to flooding are especially urged to stay alert and to be prepared to move their vehicles or evacuate.
