Unfortunate retaining wall transforming into a beautiful garden wall

Contractors completed the construction phase of the wall's transformation on Friday. The top courses of a stark and poorly crafted retaining wall were eased back into the slope. Planting pockets were built into the wall. New lighting and landscaping were introduced. As the plantings mature, the wall and garden will make a happy merger.
