On view from October 16 – November 23, Make Studio’s CordialIy Invited IX highlights the exceptional and thought-provoking art produced in progressive art studios. For nearly a decade, Cordially Invited has provided a platform for artists from these studios to share their work with the public, highlighting the creativity and diversity of disability arts while creating opportunities for local audiences to experience perspectives they may not otherwise encounter.
This year's exhibition features over 125 artists from 32 participating studios, hailing from as near as Rockville, MD and as far as Madrid, Spain. Details about exhibiting artists and participating studios will be featured on Make Studio’s website, along with the Cordially Inviteddigital exhibition of over 265 featured artworks. Visitors are encouraged to attend an opening reception on Saturday, October 17th from 2:00-5:00 PM.
