Children's Guild Names Tim Dodson Vice President of Program Support

The Children’s Guild, which serves children and adolescents who are difficult to educate due to autism, multiple disabilities and trauma, named Tim Dodson vice president of program support.
Dodson’s experience includes building and managing programs, specializing in strategic planning and leadership across a range of operational areas to drive financial and operational performance. His experience in the development and implementation of commercial improvement strategies led to sustainable financial growth and operational efficiency.
Dodson joined The Children’s Guild in 2002 and has served as director for The Children’s Guild’s therapeutic group living program, The Academy; administrative head for the nonpublic day school in Chillum, Md.; and as a management consultant for the Upside Down Organization (UDO), The Children’s Guild’s training and consulting division.

Before joining The Children’s Guild, Dodson managed operations at LRP Property Management and Chimes International.
Dodson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Maryland and currently is an MBA candidate. He is a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) and a Licensed Program Administrator in the state of Maryland.
