LifeBridge Health is offering a screening for heart disease risks at Cylburn Arboretum Vollmer Center, 4915 Greenspring Avenue, Baltimore, 21209 on September 7 starting at 9:00 a.m. The screening includes blood pressure, cholesterol/triglycerides, comprehensive metabolic panel blood profile, body composition analysis, a heart health awareness assessment and a brief counseling session with a registered nurse.
