Five nights of Revival beginning Monday, Oct. 3 and ending Friday, Oct. 7 usher in a Homecoming celebration at Elderslie-St. Andrews Church. A sermon from a different speaker each night will reflect the theme, "The Road Home," based on Jeremiah 6:16. Each service begins at 7 p.m.
Friends, members, non-members and guests are welcomed and urged to join in this time of renewal.
Rev. Terry L. McCain, pastor of Elderslie, will launch the series with the sermon, "Starting Our Way Home." Guest speakers and their topics are: On Tuesday, Oct. 4 Dr. Glenn Roscoe, the church's music director, "Singing Our Way Home;" Wednesday, Oct. 5, Rev. Medgar Reid, "Teaching Our Way Home;" Thursday, Oct. 6, Rev. Frederick Scott of Shiloh United Church, "Reviving Our Way Home;" and Friday, Oct. 7, Rev. James Green of The New Psalmist Church, "Reviving Our Way Home."
