Feds Have Arrest Warrant for CVS Arson Suspect
Officials are looking for 24-year-old they say was responsible for burning CVS on Pennsylvania Avenue.
Federal authorities have reportedly obtained a warrant for the arrest of a man in connection with the burning of the CVS on Pennsylvania Avenue during April’s riots.
Raymon Carter, 24, of an undisclosed address, was identified by several people who called in after officials from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) released his photograph in an attempt to locate the suspects in a series of arsons, according to WTOP.
Carter is described as 5’5” tall and 180 pounds, WNEW reported.

There were as many as five incendiary devices created in the area of Pennsylvania and North Avenues during the riots, which were set off at various points throughout the evening of April 27, the ATF said in a statement last month. According to WTOP, charges have not been filed in any of the other incidents.
