BALTIMORE, MD -- A flash flood warning has been issued until 9 p.m. for the Baltimore area.
UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED ON WHITEMARSH RUN AND IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT HOUR ACROSS SOUTHERN HARFORD COUNTY. ONLY AN ADDITIONAL TENTH OF AN INCH OR SO IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT HOUR.
