The Anti-Gravity Treadmill uses air pressure technology that allows accurate, safe, and comfortable partial weight bearing while promoting normal gait patterns. The Virtusense is a computerized system that records a patient’s gait pattern/balance activity and displays the results on a computer screen for feedback and objective measurement. The Tran-Sit Car Transfer Simulator is an indoor car transfer simulator that allows safe car transfer training in a controlled environment.
FutureCare Homewood staff is excited to get to work in the new high-tech gym. Its technology is new to the skilled nursing and rehabilitation industry and will ensure more efficient and productive treatments, a wider variety of treatments, and quicker recovery time/length of stay for patients. All of this working toward the best experience for healthier, more satisfied patients.
