Maryland Athletic Club encourages its members and the public to register and take part in their Change of Heart Zumba Class. Each participant will receive a Change of Heart water bottle, a Go Red for Women "Red Dress" pin, a "start With Your Heart" magnet, important heart health tips as well as print and digital subscriptions to SELF magazine.
