Maryland’s “move over” law will be expanding as of Oct. 1,when new laws go into effect around the state.The move over law, passed in 2010 to ensure safety around emergency vehicles, will <a href="http://mgaleg.maryland.gov/2014RS/chapters_noln/Ch_406_hb0436T.pdf" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">now include tow trucks</a>.
