Molly White named internal communications and social media specialist for TranZed Alliance

White brings over six years experience in marketing and communications

BALTIMORE—The TranZed Alliance, a nonprofit child-serving organization which includes The Children’s Guild, Monarch Academy and The Upside Down Organization, named Molly White to the newly established position of internal communications and social media specialist.

In her new position, White helps share the work of the TranZed Alliance and its affiliates with internal and external audiences via digital and traditional media as well as foster communication between the organization’s entities and facilities.

White comes to the TranZed Alliance from a social networking startup where she was marketing manager. She began her career at Girls’ Life magazine followed by marketing positions at Legg Mason and a social networking site for tween girls called AllyKattz.

For the past six years, White also had her own business as a marketing and communications consultant whose services were offered via advertising and public relations agencies. She has taught classes on social media marketing for businesses and has been recognized for her marketing efforts by The Baltimore Sun. She is also the communications chair for the Lutherville Community Association.

White holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Roanoke College in Virginia and lives in Lutherville.
