Ohio Man Charged in Connection with Urinating on Art Modell's Grave
The Baltimore County Police Department said Paul S. Serbu has been charged with a misdemeanor.

The Baltimore County Police Department identified the man charged in connection with urinating on the grave where former Ravens franchise owner Art Modell is buried in Pikesville.
Paul S. Serbu, 61, of the unit block of Meadowcrest Drive, in Franklin, OH, has been charged with disorderly conduct in a cemetery and issued a criminal summons to appear, police said. Court records show the summons was issued July 28.
Officials identified Serbu as the Cleveland Browns fan who “posted an online video in which he appears to urinate on Art Modell’s grave site,” the Baltimore County Police Department reported Tuesday.

By Maryland law, indecent or disorderly conduct is forbidden in a cemetery.
A maximum sentence of two years in jail and a fine of $500 may be imposed for breaking this law, the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office stated.

Serbu is scheduled to appear in Baltimore County District Court on Feb. 10, 2015.
