Roy Higgs International, LLC Retained to Design Makyol Mixed Use

Innovative project to feature high-end residential and retail concepts

Annapolis, Md.-based Roy Higgs International, LLC, a premier provider of architectural design services, announced today that the firm has been retained to develop the design concept of Makyol, a mixed use, residential over retail development in Istanbul, Turkey.

The multi-million dollar project, which sits in the highly trafficked, Esenyurt – Bahcesehir area of Istanbul, will include 250,000 square feet of retail space, along with 450 residential units, once complete.

Apartments in the project will offer spacious and peaceful living atop a mixture of high-end dining and retail spaces open to the outdoors for an open-air feel. Residents of the project will enjoy a fitness center, pool and an outdoor playground for children.
