Suspect Jumped from I-83 Overpass: Baltimore Police
Police said in an attempt to elude authorities, robbery suspect jumped from the Jones Falls overpass near Clipper Mill Road.

An armed robbery suspect jumped from the overpass on Interstate 83 near Clipper Mill Road Friday afternoon trying to elude authorities, according to Baltimore Police.
The individual was arrested and hospitalized with injuries not believed to be life-threatening, police reported.
The suspect was allegedly involved in an armed robbery in the area of 24th Street at Loch Raven Road, police said.

An officer on patrol saw a vehicle matching the suspect vehicle description heading west on North Avenue and followed the car onto I-83 north, according to police.
After hitting two other vehicles, the suspect stopped on the overpass by Clipper Mill Road at Falls Road, then jumped, police said.

According to Fox 45, the suspect required rescue after jumping; the news station posted this picture from the scene at approximately 3 p.m. and by 3:40 p.m., Fox 45 reported the individual was being loaded into the ambulance.
Authorities say they found a gun that was believed to be the suspect’s at the scene.
