Three Dead After Shooting Near University of Maryland Baltimore: Reports
Shooters pulled over at intersection, got out of vans and began firing into crowd, according to university police.

Several people were shot Tuesday night, some fatally, on Fayette Street in downtown Baltimore, according to the Baltimore Police Department.
Three people died in the shooting, which was reported at approximately 10:37 p.m. near the University of Maryland’s Baltimore campus, according to NBC News.
Baltimore Police said homicide detectives were investigating the shooting of two women and two men in the 900 block of West Fayette Street Tuesday night.

The shooting occurred after a pair of light-colored vans pulled over on the side of Fayette at Poppleton streets and one person got out of each vehicle and began firing into a crowd at the corner, the University of Maryland Baltimore police reported.
It was the second shooting in this location this week.

Shots were fired into a vehicle in the 900 block of West Fayette Street at 7:40 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, injuring a passenger, university police previously reported.
