Waterfront Wellness: Free Fitness Classes at the Inner Harbor
Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore’s “Waterfront Wellness Series” returns once again to the Inner Harbor this summer with FREE classes! On Saturday and Sunday mornings in West Shore Park, participants can take part in boot camp with Peak Performance Baltimore, “Dance 2 Fitness” with Canton Club, yoga with Charm City Yoga and parkour with Urban Evolution. In addition to group exercise, the Department of Recreation & Parks offers new kayak tours of the Harbor.
With the support of Medifast, Waterfront Partnership also adds a nutritional component to this year’s series where Waterfront Wellness participants can get nutritional information, product samples, giveaways and cooking demonstrations.

Note: Classes are held weather permitting.
WHERE: West Shore Park (located between the Science Center and the Visitor’s Center)
COST: FREE but registration is required. Online registration will be open May 1, 2015 at www.waterfrontpartnership.org.
