Workshop: Building Self Confidence

Saturday, September 13 @ 10am – 1pm at KMC MD Temple for World Peace

AND Saturday, September 20 @ 10am – 1pm at KMC MD Annapolis Branch

We often confuse self-focus with self-confidence, believing that if we concentrate on our own needs and wishes we will feel more confident, but this often leads to self-criticism and lack of confidence. By understanding what actually creates self-confidence we can learn to be reliable to our self and to others, feeling happy with our ability to accomplish what we set out to do.
